Underground Baking Company is Hendersonville's first organic bakery, serving freshly baked artisan breads and pastries four days a week in our shop located in the historic 7th Avenue district downtown. Co-owners Lisa Hoffman and Matthew Hickman opened Underground Baking Co. in 2009 after working as pastry chefs at top resorts and restaurants across the country. Their hope is to bring you honest bread and high quality treats in a cozy atmosphere.
